You can only commission me after reading these!

1. Payments will be processed up front with PayPal.2. You're not eligible for a refund once I've begun work on your comm.3. By commissioning me you gain personal use rights to the art, this means you cannot use it in any commercial setting (ie. making money off of it).4. If you remove my watermark, you'll lose all rights to my art and will be blacklisted.5. Under no circumstance should my art be claimed as your own.6. Life is life and If something comes up on my side, I have all right to cancel your comm and fully refund it.7. I have the right to cancel the commission without refund if I am spammed, harassed, threatened, or anything I see as falling in those lines.8. Heya! I'm Jay, otherwise known as Fusek Briskpaw.
